McDonough First United Methodist is a Christ-centered, Biblically rooted, Wesleyan believing community of faith located off the square in McDonough, Georgia. This church being “First” Church has been serving the community for almost 200 years and is dedicated to celebrating Jesus in all our ministries and missions; both for the church and for the community. We welcome you to come to a new worship experience. The service begins at 9:42, and is being called the 942 Connector.
Dana Everhart, Senior Pastor of McDononough First United Methodist Church: "We are offering this worship experience for those who do not have a church home and who are looking for a place to find love, support and help during these difficult times...The service will be informal -- people who are attending will sit around tables where coffee and pastries will be served. It will last about 45 minutes and “truly will be a more laid-back experience,”
This Contemporary service will be held in our Gym in the Adjacent building to our current Sanctuary.

Every Wednesday night, we will be serving a wonderful meal for the church family to gather together and grow in fellowship. Dinner will be served promptly at 5:30 p.m. this year, (please make note of the time change) and will offer an expanded menu with healthy choices.
