First UMC of McDonough

McDonough First United Methodist is a Christ-centered, Biblically rooted, Wesleyan believing community of faith located off the square in McDonough, Georgia. This church being “First” Church has been serving the community for almost 200 years and is dedicated to celebrating Jesus in all our ministries and missions; both for the church and for the community. Every Wednesday night, we will be serving a wonderful meal for the church family to gather together and grow in fellowship.  Dinner will be served promptly at 5:30 p.m. this year, (please make note of the time change)  and will offer an expanded menu with healthy choices.

Young Adult Ladies…Women of Faith Conference

Our Esther Circle of the UMW, and our Young Adult Ladies Ministry, are organizing a group to attend the Women of Faith conference in Duluth on September 24-25. 

It is at the Gwinnett Arena and 25 tickets are reserved.   Some of the speakers are Lisa Welchel, Anita Renfroe, and Patsy Clairmont.  Steven Curtis Chapman and Mandisa will also be there.
